Cloth + Karma accepts unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise purchased on for return within 14 days in the original packaging. As an earth-friendly company, we do not include return labels in our packages. We will refund your original form of payment, less shipping, within two business days of receiving the goods back at our warehouse. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed with your financial institution.

Gift cards, sale merchandise, pop-up shop apparel, and items purchased during a promotion are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not ship our apparel outside of the U.S. at this time.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the original unused order back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you want through our site.

You will be required to pay the cost of shipping the package back to Cloth + Karma via a trackable shipping service. We do not reimburse for the postage required to return.

To initiate a return, contact us for a Return Authorization number. 

1. Place item(s) you wish to return and/or exchange in the original packaging.
2. Ensure package is sealed properly and old labels are removed.
3. Attach a return label on top of your package.
4. Drop-off package to any authorized UPS or USPS facility.
