WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? At this time, Cloth + Karma only accepts orders in the continental United States.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 PM EST ship within 48 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. Sometimes, this may cause a minor delay in processing your order. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED? When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

DO YOU OFFER SIGNATURE-REQUIRED SHIPMENT DELIVERY OPTIONS? Yes. To ensure the safety of large orders, we always require a signature upon delivery for orders over $500.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING? We do not offer gift wrapping in an effort to be an earth-friendly brand. If you do choose to wrap your Cloth + Karma item when you receive it, we suggest using recyclable and compostable paper to reduce your carbon footprint. Even better, many companies are releasing chemical-free wrapping papers made from post-consumer recycled waste.

TRACKING AN ORDER
To check your order status: 
Log in to your Cloth + Karma account.
Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
